Every scanned message from your Microsoft 365 inbox. Where a reply is warranted the scan flags it and picks the matter it concerns; Opus drafts the reply when you open the message and ask. Sending holds the message for 30 minutes by default so you can still pull it back, and the review time is captured for BillableHour. Tick the boxes to dismiss several at once.
