Pleadings-aware setup
Claude Opus reads the live petition or complaint and extracts the cause number, court, county, parties, and your client's posture. TRCP or FRCP is chosen from the jurisdiction — and every field stays attorney-editable.
Evidence review queue
Files dropped into the matter's Evidence folder become a review queue. Nothing is produced, disclosed, or relied on by the AI until an attorney approves it — exclusions are one click and reversible.
One-click Bates stamping
Approved PDFs are stamped with your prefix and sequential numbers, copied into Discovery/<client> Production with the range on the file, and recorded on the document. Originals are never modified.
Processing at production scale
Point it at a folder of thousands of documents and it works through them in chunks against your relevancy inquiries, building a working catalog plus privilege and confidentiality logs. You review the logs, export them in four formats, and produce the rest in batched Bates runs.
Rule-keyed initial disclosures
The section shell is fixed by rule — Tex. R. Civ. P. 194.2(b) or Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1)(A) — the AI drafts substance from approved evidence, the documents section renders from your stamped inventory, and you edit everything before it becomes a filing-ready .docx.
Grounded draft responses
Served interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission are split into verbatim numbered requests. Opus proposes objections from a standard library and responses grounded only in approved evidence — with per-request notes on what it couldn't verify.
Deterministic, house-styled documents
Captions, numbering, signature blocks, and certificates of service are code, not model output — rendered in your firm's identity and filed into the CaseFile's Discovery folder, synced to Dropbox or OneDrive like any other document.
