ProposedReply connects to the Microsoft 365 account you already use and reads incoming mail. For correspondence that warrants an answer — a client question, opposing counsel proposing dates, a court coordinator asking for availability — Claude Opus drafts a reply in your voice for your review. You edit, approve, or dismiss; approved replies are filed into your Outlook Drafts folder with the original quoted below, ready for you to send. Nothing is ever sent for you. And because reading and answering mail is billable work, every approval or dismissal captures the time for BillableHour — awaiting your sign-off, never posted silently.

Every scanned email in one expandable list — full message, To/Cc parties, and a badge showing whether a reply was suggested, drafted, or not needed. Open the original in Outlook with one click.
Opus-drafted replies, your voice
Claude Opus 5 judges whether a message warrants a reply and drafts one you could send nearly as-is: warm to clients, precise to opposing counsel, bracketed placeholders where only you know the facts. It never invents dates, commitments, or legal positions.
Approve, edit, or dismiss
The suggestion is a starting point. Edit inline and approve — your version is what gets drafted. Approval files a reply draft into your Outlook Drafts folder; nothing is ever sent automatically.
Billable time, captured automatically
Approving a draft captures review-and-reply time (0.2h); dismissing captures the review (0.1h). Each capture waits in a queue with an editable narrative, minutes, and matter — approve it and a BillableHour time entry posts. The email work you used to write off, on the bill.
The bell knows first
New suggested replies raise a platform notification — the header bell shows the count and clicks through to the queue.
One Microsoft connection
